Special grout and filling materials for injection

A special grout for injection of prestressing ducts is homogeneous mixtures of compatible components to allow ensure protection against the corrosion of the prestressing steels and their mechanical connection with the concrete structure.

A wax is a petroleum wax used as product of injection in the post-tensionning systems of prestressed structures with external or internal cables.

A grease is a product based on mineral oil used as product of injection in the post-tensionning systems of prestressed structures with external or internal cables.

The ASQPE certification regulations are drafted under Regulation 305/2011 of 9 March 2011 and ETAG 013 / EAD 160027-00-301.

It defines among others:

• The process and the management of the certification,
• The constituent documents of the application dossier,
• The method of supervision of the certified products and of the renewal of the certificate.
